Sauce andalouse is a Belgian specialty, a sauce consisting of mayonnaise, tomato paste, and peppers typically served with french fries, meats and poultry.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise sauce
    3 tablespoons tomato paste
    2 tablespoons diced red pimentos
    1 teaspoon lemon juice
    1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Preparation

  • Combine all ingredients. Mix well.
    This sauce goes well with all meats and poultry.
